RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Owlslab.com will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. Footwear must be in original box and/or with tags attached. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on: sale items, handbags, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, lingerie, scarves, watches, and custom or personalized orders. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or store credits on sale items or items purchased with a coupon. Returns and exchanges on all full priced merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to:
